Change of Mind
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products (such as essential oils, candles, and soaps), we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose carefully. If you have any questions about a product, feel free to contact us before placing your order.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or there is a fault with the product, we sincerely apologise. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Incorrect Items
If you receive the wrong product, please let us know within 7 days. We’ll send the correct item and provide return instructions for the incorrect one at no additional cost to you.
Returns Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in re-saleable condition unless faulty

You must provide proof of purchase (e.g. your order confirmation email)
Refunds (If Applicable)
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll let you know the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product is faulty or we’ve sent the wrong item.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the product was incorrect or damaged.
