Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day.
  • Please note that we’re a small business and our processing times may be extended during peak periods or special promotions. If there are any significant delays, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • We offer standard shipping and express shipping options within Australia.
    • Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. Please allow additional time for remote or rural areas.
    • Express Shipping: Delivery typically takes 1-3 business days for major cities and regions. Please note that express shipping may not be available for all locations or all items.
  • At this moment, we don’t ship internationally.
  • All products are dispatched from our Sydney Warehouse.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery address.
  • We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100 within Australia.

Packaging

  • All orders are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. All products are securely wrapped and cushioned to prevent any damage during transit.
  • We are committed to sustainability, so we use eco-friendly packaging. If use of plastic is unavoidable, we use recycled or recyclable plastic.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your package’s journey.
  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to be updated in the carrier’s system.

Shipping Delays

  • While we strive for prompt delivery, please note that shipping delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, holidays, or other carrier-related issues.
  • In the event of a significant delay, we will notify you as soon as possible and do our best to resolve the issue.

Incorrect Address or Missing Orders

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect address details.

Damaged Goods

  • If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or refund based on the condition of the item.
